レポート先:ブランドヘッドまたはリテールマネージャー
主な責務
ブランドによる毎月、及び年間のブティックの売上とKPI目標を達成する
すべての販売スタッフに対し、目標を設定し(個人売上目標、週別・日別売上目標の設定、顧客カードの獲得目標)、日々チームに動悸付けを行う
ビジネスの傾向とニーズを分析し、レポートを定期的に提出する
販売スタッフの成長に責任を持ち、個々のパフォーマンスが向上・最大限引き出せるようサポートする、またスタッフのト レーニング、適切な評価を行う
チーム内及び、本社との情報共有を定期的・適切に行う
チーム内にて会社の顧客サービス規定、会社方針及び手続きを理解し、順守するよう指導する
イベントや広告を提案し、最大限の顧客認知度を高めるため、お客様との関係性を常に高めるようにする
ブティックの在庫を管理・商品ニーズの把握
適切な在庫レベル・商品在庫を意識し効率的に顧客ニーズの対応・販売を行う
ブティック業務:配送、修理、顧客管理、セキュリティー管理などを適切に行う
顧客開拓及び顧客管理データの作成
本社からのヴィジュアルの指示を守り、適切なブランディングを実行し、またチーム全体が実施出来るようにする(クリーン性、マーチャンダイジング、チームのグルーミング)
チームに対し、ブティック内外においてブランドの一員であることを意識するよう指導する

高級商材業界での3年間以上のマネジメント経験のある方
リテール業界の経験があれば尚可
一般教養及びエチケットのある方
