仕事内容


<コールセンタースタッフ>

*警備会社との連携:警備会社の手配や調整を行います。

*データの取りまとめ:報告用のデータを整理してまとめます。

*ATMの更新や撤去の調整

*日締め処理:一日の業務を締める処理をします。

*資金の準備と入力:ATMへの資金提供と必要な入力を行います。

*警備会社の金額確認:警備会社からの金額を確認して集計します。

*トラブル対応:ATMのトラブルがあった場合、迅速に対応します。

*電話対応:顧客や関係者からの電話を受けます。

*ATMエラー後の指示:ATMのエラー時に現地に指示を出します。

*ATM資金補充計画:ATMに必要な資金を計画的に補充します。

接客や電話対応のお仕事経験のある方、尚歓迎

7:00~22:00

  • 実働7.75h、休憩60分
  • 土日祝含む週5日勤務

・年末年始手当:12/30~1/4の間に1日3.75h以上勤務で下記支給

12/31~1/3が1日5000円

12/30と1/4が1日2500円

オペレーター5~8名につきスーパーバイザーが1~2名くらいつくイメージです。

30Fは2年くらい前に内装を新しくしたので、特に綺麗です
