不動産鑑定士、社会保険労務士、管理業務主任者、マンション管理士、日商簿記検定試験1級/2級、宅地建物取引士、労働安全(衛生)コンサルタント、建設業経理士1級/1級(科目合格)/2級、ビジネス実務法務検定1級/準1級/2級、第一種衛生管理者

【年収】600万円~900万円(30歳~39歳 例)

〇全国型総合職
⇒30歳:780万円、35歳:850万円、40歳:1,000万円
〇地域総合職
⇒30歳:700万円、35歳:750万円、40歳:880万円
