職務内容

  • プロジェクトにおけるソフトウェア開発の計画、スケジュール立案および管理を行う
  • 顧客要求仕様を機能開発/その他にブレークダウンし、顧客マイルストーンに応じた適用計画を立案する
  • 日本、海外のSWエンジニアと協業し、ソフトウェアの品質および開発状況をフォローする

  • 要求分析からソフトウェアテストまでの全ての開発プロセスに対して管理責任を持つ

  • Plans, schedules and monitors the software project

  • Breaking down all required actions from requirement analysis~ design to testing, and create implementation plan for eacah OEM milestone
  • Lead and track SW development status & quality based on collaboration w/ SW endineer in JPN & other regions
  • Responsible for manage of all process steps (from requirements to SW test)

職務要件

  • 技術論議を日本語と英語で可能なこと (日本語:ネイティブ、英語: TOEIC 600点以上)
  • リスクや課題に対してチャレンジ意欲を持てる積極性を有すること
  • 社内および社外技術渉外経験を有すること
  • 海外との協業に意欲的に取り込めること
  • ECU SW開発の経験を有すること(望ましい)

  • ISO26262, ASPICE, 8Dの知識を有すること(望ましい)

  • Negotiation skill of engineering topics in Japanese and English (Japanese: native, English: TOEIC>600)

  • Open to challenge risks & problems
  • Technical negotiation skill for external& internal
  • Balance sense to manage customer reuqirement & platform solution
  • Proactiveness to lead collaboration w/ engineers in other regions
  • ECU SW development experience (Preferable)
  • Knowledge of ISO26262, ASPICE, 8D (preferable)
