<業務内容>
- 契約内容、薬事法、GCP、SOPなどの関連法規を遵守し、プロジェクト全体を統括
- 業務内容の把握と計画立案、社内各部門との調整、クライアントとの折衝
- プロジェクトマネジャーとして、部門横断的なチームをリードし、プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了までを管理
- タイムライン、コスト、人員の管理を通じて、マイルストーン達成と品質確保を推進
- クライアントとの関係構築・維持を通じて、満足度向上と利益確保を実現
- 電話やTeamsなどを活用した情報共有・アラインメントの支援
<求める経験・スキル>
- 医薬品開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験、または開発業務のリーダー経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- オンコロジー領域での経験があれば尚可
- PMP(Project Management Professional)資格保有者歓迎
- CROでの勤務経験がある方歓迎
