仕事内容
- Lead day-to-day HR operations while supporting strategic initiatives across the business.
- Partner with management to deliver effective workforce planning and talent development solutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and HR policies, maintaining accurate HR records and processes.
- Drive engagement and retention through culture-building and employee experience initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects including process improvement and system enhancement.
応募資格
- Proven background in HR management within an international company.
- Strong understanding of Japanese labor regulations and HR processes.
- Ability to act as a business partner to management and influence through data-driven insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members is preferred.
