We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as we expand our overseas business, particularly in drug discovery projects. The role involves managing negotiations with global pharmaceutical companies and clients, as well as overseeing project progress both internally and externally.
About Us
Since inheriting Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited's drug discovery platform and launching our business on July 1, 2017, we have continued to grow for eight years.
In April this year, we established a new joint venture company with a major pharmaceutical firm as part of our group's CRO business.
Our company has supported drug discovery research for more than 200 clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech ventures, academia, and government research institutions. Moving forward, we are accelerating our business for overseas customers.
To strengthen our global operations, we are recruiting for multiple positions that will lead drug discovery and healthcare-related projects, offering opportunities to leverage language skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as project leader to facilitate discussions, collaboration, and coordination among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and management. (Primarily English-based projects)
- Participate in R&D discussions, design study plans, and handle research and testing tasks.
- For managerial positions: additional responsibilities include team management and talent development.

【主な業務内容】
・対クライアントの窓口(プロジェクトのリーダー)として、社内外部門のステークホルダーと議論/連携/調整を通じて、プロジェクト全体の進行/運営/管理を行う。(英語を使用した案件中心に担当予定)
・研究開発のディスカッション、試験計画立案、研究・試験の実務担当
