Responsibilities

  • Develop SCM plans and ensure supply feasibility aligned with customer needs
  • Optimize global material allocation for efficient and reliable operations
  • Procure essential materials and parts to support seamless production
  • Design smart inbound logistics flows and select the best packaging solutions
  • Improve internal factory logistics to boost speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Manage import/export processes for parts with accuracy and compliance
  • Lead KPI management and share best practices as part of the global HQ function
  • Support global teams with various ad-hoc projects and initiatives


Requirements

  • 5+ years of SCM experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Experience managing a team (mid-large size team management a plus)
  • Business level English
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Persistent in achieving goals and targets
  • Open-minded and embraces diversity
  • Able to propose realistic and practical solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated team-building ability and leadership

Salary

  • Company will consider candidates up to 17M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
