レポート先は日本国内の人事責任者(Head of HR)と、海外支社のRegional HR Advisorになります。経験豊富な人事責任者のもと、キャリアのステップアップや幅広い人事経験を積むことができます。
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the region, including onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle management.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR topics and maintain the HR knowledge base to support self-service.
- Manage payroll, time & attendance, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records while supporting audits and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to support local HR initiatives, M&A integrations, and emergency responses.
- Drive employee engagement, case management, and continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
- Oversee vendor management, including payroll and benefits service providers, ensuring performance and compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements and standardization initiatives for better service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years of HR experience, ideally in multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and experience handling Japan payroll.
- Skilled in employee relations, communication (English & Japanese), and working with stakeholders.
- Comfortable using HR systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
- Able to lead change, solve problems, and adapt quickly.
- Business level English

Salary
Company will consider candidates up to
12.5M
JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
