Responsibilities
:

• Lead operational functions including logistics, supply chain, and production
• Drive localization, strengthen the local supply chain, and set clear KPIs
• Review product costs and processing times to shorten lead times and boost efficiency
• Optimize warehouse inventory to reduce dead stock and slow-moving items
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
• Maintain well-organized warehouses and production areas with smooth material flow and efficient resource utilization
• Coordinate with internal departments to support overall operations
• Work closely with global headquarters to enhance efficiency, quality, and communication
• Lead and develop departmental staff with a strong focus on quality, cost control, and ownership of results

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SCM, warehouse, or relevant experience
• Experience as a department head or senior manager is a plus
• Experience working for the local subsidiary of a multinational company is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Native Japanese
• Business-level English
• Open-minded and able to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Salary

Company will consider candidates up to
10M JPY
annual ( client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
