K.K. Box JapanはBox Inc.の日本支社として2013年8月に設立され、急成長し続けています。私たちはさらにBoxを広め、ともに成長を促進していただくことができる人材を求めております。このポジションでは西日本エリアのMid-Marketセグメントを専門に担当するセールスチームのマネージャーとして、重要な案件をドライブし、クローズに導いていただきます。
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- 西日本のMid-Marketセールスチームにおけるマネジメント業務全般
- 市場動向や競合情報のトレンドを把握し、中長期的な戦略を策定
- SFDCを使用したセールスプロセスとフォーキャストの管理
- コーチングやメンターシップを通じて、個人とチームの目標達成に向けてモチベーションを高める
- チームメンバーの成果を評価・フィードバックし、成長を促進させる
- マーケティングやパートナーセールスチーム等の他部門との連携によるビジネス戦略推進
WHO YOU ARE
- 5年以上のEnterprise Software関連製品の営業経験
- 3年以上の営業マネージャーとしての経験
- 自部門における採用、およびメンバーの育成能力
- セールスのプロセスや購買サイクルを熟知していること
- SaaSに関する知識
- Box Userであること(尚可)
- 英語力(尚可)
