仕事内容

建設現場事務所や企業オフィスへ、寝具・OA機器・オフィス家具などの

リース品を納品・設置・回収する法人向け営業配送業務です。

お客様は既存取引先ほとんど。ノルマもありません。

まずは配送・設置業務で経験を積んでいただき、ゆくゆくは営業や

リーダーなどのキャリアにも挑戦してほしいと考えています。

例えば――

朝9時に新規立ち上げの建設現場事務所にてリース品の搬入、

午後は別のオフィスで納入した備品の引き上げ・・・

というように、物量により1日1~5件の現場を回ります。

使用車両について

配送物量に応じて、2tトラックやワンボックスカーを使用します。

全てトラックはAT車・テールリフト付きで、

バックモニター・ドライブレコーダー・カーナビも搭載。

免許がなくても、運転に自信がなくても大丈夫。

初めはワンボックス車で先輩と同行しながら慣れていけます。

<配送エリア>

東京都内を中心とする関東一円。

※関西、東北などの遠方に行く可能性あり(年に数回)

給与


月給282,000円~

※基本給 202,000円+固定残業代(80,000円/45時間分)

※超過分は別途支給

別途、下記支給あり

・皆勤手当:8,000円

・家族手当:妻8,000円/子6,000円(1人あたり)

・昇給・賞与2回で収入面も安心

・中型自動車免許取得支援制度

・中小企業退職金共済:入社1年後より加入

・資格取得・スキルアップ制度有(会社負担)

  • 入社5年目 25歳妻子有

【年収例:480万円】

【月給例:342,000円】

内訳(月給32万円+家族手当14,000円+皆勤手当8,000円)

9:00~18:00(休憩時間 1時間)

・積み荷の最終チェックをして出発

  • 10:00 到着・作業開始(1件目)

・荷降ろし

・図面通りに機器・備品をセッティング

  • 移動・作業開始(2件目)

1日1件~5件配送します。

突発的な依頼がなく、事前に配車スケジュールが組まれた配送先を回ります。

重い荷物や件数が多い日でも、チームで分担して回るので安心です。

  • 17:00頃 帰社

・翌日の荷積み

・トラックの片付け

・配達伝票の見直し

・日報作成・提出(電子なのでスピーディ)

  • 18:00 退勤

年間休日120日以上

土日祝休み、有給休暇:法律に準ずる。(勤務開始日6ヶ月経過後10日付与)

夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、GW

※お客様の都合で土曜日出勤あり、その際は休日出勤手当を支給。

土曜日出勤は昨年実績、年間2~3回
