【業務の詳細】
- AI/機械学習モデルによりビジネス改善をもたらす、新たなメソドロジーやプロダクトの研究開発に、データサイエンティスト/AIコンサルタントとして従事いただきます。
- 研究開発は、グループ各社やグループ外の大企業と共同で推進し、企業向けのAIシステム構築業務へと展開する場合もあります。
- 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら、様々な課題に対して主体的/自律的に行動し、技術のプロフェッショナルとして、スピード感をもった課題解決に取り組んでいただきます。仮説検証を繰り返しながら、ステークホルダーと折衝を重ねつつ、AIソリューションを作り上げていくことがミッションです。
- 以下のような活動をチームメンバーまたはチームリーダーとして遂行していただきます。
- 先進ITテクノロジーの適用を前提とした、顧客企業の課題解決を可能とするAIソリューションの研究開発
- リサーチ、分析設計、データ加工、データ分析、モデリング、モデル評価、ビジネス効果シミュレーション
- 顧客折衝、企画、AIプロダクトの実装と評価、ビジネス適用、PoCの実行
- AI/データサイエンス関連のシステム構築(主にパブリッククラウドを利用、AIエンジン部分中心)
- 先進ITテクノロジー、オープンソース、既存プロダクト、既存サービス、事例のリサーチやハンズオン検証
- プリセールスおよび社内情報連携目的のデモアプリ構築
- 調査や研究開発成果の社内外への情報発信
AI研究開発プロジェクトの企画からビジネス適用まで、ひとりですべてを担当するのではなく、それぞれ強みを持ったメンバーがチームを組んでプロジェクトを遂行していきます。入社後はご経験や強みのある分野、目指すキャリアに応じて担当プロジェクトを決定していきます。

・学歴:大学卒以上
・適切な目標設定を行い、それに向けて自律的、主体的に動くことができる方
・データサイエンティスト、AIコンサルタント、もしくはAIエンジニア、機械学習エンジニアとして実務経験がある方で、加えて、下記の要件の実務経験もお持ちの方
- データサイエンス力…数理統計モデル、機械学習モデル、自然言語処理モデル、いずれかの開発経験
- ビジネス力…顧客との折衝経験、プレゼンテーション経験、ビジネス改善提案経験
- エンジニアリング力…機械学習モデルやAIをビジネスで実利用するためのツールもしくはシステム全般(フロント、バックエンド、開発環境等)を、単独もしくはチームで実装/構築した経験
