【仕事内容】

本ポジションでは、国内だけでなくグローバルでのKINTOサイトにおいて、 クルマという高額商品をはじめ、あまり事例の多くない未知の領域のECマーケティングに対して、データサイエンスを駆使して 新たな因果関係の発見、機械学習モデルの開発などに携わっていただきます。またKINTOだけではなく、トヨタグループの 分析案件について協働で参画することもあります。データを使って、「なぜ」をどんどん深めていける方を求めています。

私たちは、単なる機械学習モデルの作成にとどまらず、ビジネスや顧客を深く理解し、様々な問題をデータサイエンスの視点から解決できる能力を持つ人材を求めています。実際のビジネス課題に対して創造的かつ柔軟に対応できることが重要です。

このようなビジネス環境のなかで、メンバーをリーディングしていける発想力の豊かな方を求めています。さらには、生成AI/大規模言語モデル(LLM)のビジネス活用にも力を入れており、データサイエンスのビジネスへの活用に幅広く関わっていただきます。

<具体的な業務内容>

・ビジネス課題を抽出し、ビッグデータ×データサイエンスにより、課題解決のための企画・立案

・特に未来を予測する業務においては、機械学習を用いた予測モデルの構築・評価

・データサイエンス課題発見のための探索的なデータ分析

・グループ企業と協働での与信スコアリングモデルの開発

・クルマの現在価値・将来価値予測の開発

・生成AI/大規模言語モデル(LLM)のビジネス活用提案とモデルの実装

・画像解析、自然言語処理、レコメンデーションモデル など各種機械学習問題

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・Pythonを使ったBtoC課題における機械学習モデルの作成・評価の経験(予測モデル、レコメンデーションモデルなど)

・ビッグデータからの機械学習モデルデータセットの作成経験(データクレンジング含む)

・高度なSQLの経験(複雑な副問合せなど)

・ビジネス企画部門からの課題をヒアリングし、自ら機械学習問題として落とし込んだ経験

■求めるマインド【必須】

・顧客志向(データの奥にある顧客の心理をつかもうとする姿勢)をお持ちの方

・物事をそのまま受け取らず、常に本質を確かめようとする目線を持っている方

・新しい技術やトレンドのキャッチアップなど、学習意欲が高い方
