Job Description
主な職務内容
・各プロジェクトにおいて、幅広い視点から効果的な薬事戦略を策定し、積極的な製品導入を実現します。
・論理的思考力を養い、複雑な情報を簡潔に整理し、論理的な説明を行います。
・BD/Medicon、厚生労働省/PMDA、そして産業界の様々な関係者と良好なコミュニケーションを維持しながら、力強く説得力のあるメッセージを発信するスキルを活かし、各プロジェクトを積極的に推進します。
・PMDA/厚生労働省の考え方を理解し、BD/Mediconとプロジェクトの利益のために交渉を成功させる。
・日本の医薬品医療機器等法(PMD法)およびその他の関連法規制を理解し、社内コンプライアンスおよびリスク管理システムを強化する。
学歴およびこれまでの経験
・学士以上の学歴
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・医療機器メーカーまたは開発業務受託機関(CRO)において、クラスI/II/III/IV医療機器の薬事関連業務に3年以上従事した経験。
・口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力、規制当局への対応、社内ビジネスニーズへの適切な対応、コーチング、影響力、そして成長志向のチームビルディングといった分野で、優れた対人スキルが求められます。
・優れた傾聴力と評価力。
・優れた質問力と問題解決能力。
・自発性と自制心を持ち、複数のタスクと責任を優先順位付けして処理できる能力。
・臨床データを伴うクラスIII / IV医療機器申請の経験があれば尚可。(必須ではありません)
