(秦野)精密加工技術担当_Machining Engineer(EngineerⅡ)研削、研磨を中心とした各種セラミックス、Si単結晶など硬脆材の精密加工技術の開発および試作加工をしていただきます。職務内容
研削、研磨を中心とした各種セラミックス、Si単結晶など硬脆材の精密加工技術の開発および試作加工をしていただきます。
■CNC制御の工作機械とダイヤモンド砥石を使用した研削加工に関わる技術開発が中心です。
■近年は切削工具を使用した加工や、レーザー、放電、超音波など多様な加工方法についても検討しています。
■精密加工技術を活かした加工法、加工プロセスや量産ラインの提案・開発、および新製品の試作加工を、国内外含めてグローバルに関わっていただきます。
■製造部門、研究開発部門、設備開発部門、時には社外メーカーとも連携しながら開発を推進いただきます。
■機械を自らの手で操作して先端材料の加工試験を行う、モノづくりの醍醐味を味わえる職場です。
■担当業務により、国内外グループ拠点への長短期出張があります。
■主力製品の製造技術開発力強化およびジョブローテーションのため、将来的な国内外拠点の製造技術部門へ転勤していただく可能性があります。
■本人の資質や今後のスキルアップ状況により、将来的に担当マネージャーをお任せする可能性もあります。
チームメンバー
責任者1名、マネージャー1名、メンバー8名、20代~50代まで幅広い年代のメンバーがいます。
必須要件
■生産技術 or 製造技術 or 技術開発、の業務経験 3年以上
■CNC制御工作機械 (マシニングセンター、複合旋盤 など) を使用した、各種硬脆材(広義のセラミックス材全般)の加工業務経験
※好奇心旺盛で、周囲の関係者と協力しながら、前向きに業務を進められる、コミュニケーション力や推進力のある方を求めています

■研削、研磨、ダイヤモンド砥石、機械設計、製図、CAD/CAM、プログラミング、計測機器(三次元測定機、粗さ測定器、顕微鏡)、の経験や知識
■設備選定、設備の導入立上げ、論文作成、治工具開発、の経験や知識
■開発チームリーダーや少人数グループのマネジメント経験
■英会話スキル(ビジネス初級レベル)
学歴:高専卒業以上

年次有給休暇は入社月により変動(2年目以降最大24日)。ステップアップ休暇:勤続5年ごとに5日間の特別休暇(原則連続取得)、ワイドプラン休暇:取得しきれなかった年休のうち、毎年4日を限度に最高20日まで積み立て可。その他、結婚・忌引・育児休暇など
