- 担当事業部の特許戦略策定・コンサルティング業務

- Draft of patent documents, prosecution work with JPO
- Response to office action (arguments, claim amendments)
- IP consulting, IP strategy for business units
- IP contract, treatment for trade secrets
- Global IP cooperation activity in Bosch IP organization
資格
必須スキル
- 明細書作成及び庁手続きの業務経験2年以上
- 機械、電気工学の知識(特に電気、通信関連技術の知識が望ましい)
- 対人関係スキル(コミュニケーション、自己統制、説得力、交渉力)
- 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル(TOEIC700点程度)
- ネイティブレベルの日本語(読み書き・会話)
好ましいスキル
- 弁理士資格
- 企業知財部で特許担当としての経験
- Experience for drafting a patent document and prosecution work
- Knowledge for mechanical or electrical engineering (in particular, electric and telecommunication knowledge is preferred)
- Mindset of actively and responsibly engaging in Bosch's business by not only providing specialized knowledge but also proposing practicable solutions
- Communication in English (TOEIC more than 700 preferred)
- Native level Japanese skill
- Qualification as a JP patent attorney (preferred)
- experience of working as a patent engineer at company's IP dept (preferred)
