【どんな仕事?|建設現場の"まとめ役"】

施工管理は、建物を"建てる"仕事ではなく、プロジェクトを"完成へ導く"仕事です。

あなたにお任せするのは、建設プロジェクトを円滑に進めるための管理業務です。

■安全管理

ケガや事故を防ぐための安全確認・巡回

■工程管理

予定通り完成するようにスケジュールを管理

■品質管理

設計書どおりに施工されているかチェック

■原価管理

材料費・人件費などのコスト管理

最初は

・現場での写真撮影

・安全確認

・簡単な報告書作成

など、基礎的な業務からスタートします。

段階的に経験を積みながら、管理業務へとステップアップしていきます。

対象物件は、商業施設、オフィスビル、学校、病院、工場、大型マンション、鉄道など。

社会インフラを支える建設プロジェクトに関わります。

●入社前研修(オンライン4日+対面1日)を実施。

●国家資格である「施工管理技士」の取得も目指せます。

資格取得後は、資格手当(月1万円~5万円)が支給されます。

【将来のキャリア】

施工管理は、インフラ整備や都市開発を背景に需要が高い職種です。

若手人材は特に希少で、安定したキャリア形成が可能です。

●モデル年収

・入社3年目:420万円

・入社5年目:465万円

将来的には1級施工管理技士の取得を目指し、年収750万円も目指せます

マイカー通勤OK

給与:

月給:232,000円~

※上記には基本給・職務手当・地域手当が含まれます

※残業代別途支給(1分単位で全額支給)

※基本給は全国一律、地域手当のみエリア差があります

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月/基本給1ヶ月分×年2回 ※業績による)

・昇給:年1回(4月/平均昇給額9,000円~)

・入社3年目:4,200,000円
