【仕事内容】
同社にて、新卒採用の業務に重視していただきます。
母集団形成から、面接の実施、さらにはキャリア採用の全体の設計まで担当していただきます。
【業務内容】
・新卒採用全体の設計・管理・戦略の立案・実行
・新卒採用における採用実務の実行
・社内関係者との調整(各部署との連携)
・学生との面接/面談対応
・母集団形成における記事・動画・WEB施策の企画立案・実行
・採用イベント・媒体活用・説明会実施
・インターンシップや選考会の設計・運営
・エージェント開拓・深耕
・内定承諾率向上に向けたアトラクト設計
・オンボーディング・育成ロードマップの設計・アップデート
・人事制度の設計・アップデート

【給与】
600万円〜800万円
月給制 基本給260000円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として92000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)上限30000円
- 賞与あり 年2回
- 昇給あり 年2回
