【仕事内容】
海外留学AXサービス「StudyIn」の企業法人営業を担当いただきます。
【StudyInとは】
特に「本気で英語力を伸ばしたい」「留学を通して人生を変えたい」という方を対象に、比較的手厚いサポートを無料(手数料なし)で提供するサービスです。
どの国がいいか、どの学校がいいかなど、目的や予算に応じたプラン提案や、語学学校だけでなく、ワーホリ/インターン/大学進学など目的に合わせた学校紹介、オンラインマンツーマン英会話レッスンなどを提供しております。
【業務内容】
現在、留学AXサービスでは、法人の企業から社員の海外研修として語学留学を行いたいという問い合わせを頂いており、企業向けの海外研修プログラムが成長しています。企業への法人営業を中心に、事業企画、組織マネジメントなど、事業をスケールさせる上で必要な業務を担当していただきます。
・法人顧客の研修ニーズの策定
・法人の海外研修ニーズに合ったサービスの設計
・新規顧客の開拓
・営業体制の構築、マネジメント
・営業プロセスの構築
【クライアント】
対象顧客は、大別して二つのカテゴリーに分類されます。
一つは、海外進出や語学力を必要とする、大企業、中小企業やスタートアップです。
顧客の担当者としては、語学力に課題感を持っている事業部長や、社員の英語力をあげることがミッションになっている人事部が顧客ターゲットになります。
二つは、海外留学を検討する顧客を有する、英会話学校や塾です。顧客の担当者としては、英会話学校や塾の責任者や経営陣になります。

【募集背景】
動画メディアを共通基盤として海外事業を急成長させている同社は、取扱高を三桁億から四桁億へスケールするフェーズにいます。自己資本経営、取扱高約三桁億、営業利益一桁億、日本最大級の留学AXサービスを運営しており、これから世界で留学サービスの垂直統合モデルを実現し、より影響力を与えていくために、本ポジションにて募集いたします。

【給与】
450万円〜650万円
月給制 基本給250000円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として88000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
