本ポジションの魅力
本ポジションはLife Changingな医薬品創出の研究現場である東京リサーチパークのIT基盤のマネージャーとして、創薬研究における先進的デジタル技術の活用推進と、安全性を両立した研究ITインフラ環境整備を担い、研究所や研究関連部門に密着したICTサポートを通じて画期的な医薬品創出を推進します。研究DXの推進をITインフラ面からリードすることで新薬創出に貢献できることが魅力です。

業務内容
創薬研究部門のIT・ネットワークインフラ領域のマネジャーとしてITインフラエンジニアチームをマネジメントし、創薬研究推進のためのIT関連基盤の整備・運用を担います。

・研究部門におけるIT基盤やネットワークインフラの企画・設計・構築・運用・改善のマネジメント

・研究用IT・ネットワーク基盤のセキュリティマネジメント

・ITインフラ基盤に関する課題抽出、改善計画策定および実行

・創薬研究推進のためのシステム・アプリケーション開発プロジェクトにおけるインフラ担当としてのプロジェクトマネジメント

・ITプロジェクトにおけるベンダーマネジメント、外部パートナーとの協働推進

・海外を含めた社内関連部門との連携業務のマネジメント

・研究DXを加速するためのインフラ戦略立案と推進

必要な業務スキル、経験
【必須要件】

・IT技術や情報セキュリティに関する知識・業務経験

・ネットワーク(物理・クラウド)デザイン、運用管理に関する業務経験

・クラウド環境設計、構築、運用に関する業務経験

・部下の技術育成およびチームマネジメント力

【尚可要件】

・プロジェクト全体の技術戦略を立案する力

・経営層や他部門と連携した戦略的な意思決定力

・海外の関係部門や海外ベンダーと連携して業務遂行可能なレベルの語学力

・業務経験年数10年以上

語学要件
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力【必須要件】

・ 英語での業務コミュニケーション(翻訳ツール等の補助ツール活用可)(目安としてTOEIC650点以上程度)
