業務内容

━━ポジションについて━━
創薬研究部門のIT・ネットワークインフラ領域のマネジャーとしてITインフラエンジニアチームをマネジメントし、創薬研究推進のためのIT関連基盤の整備・運用を担います。
■具体的な業務内容
研究部門におけるIT基盤やネットワークインフラの企画・設計・構築・運用・改善のマネジメント
研究用IT・ネットワーク基盤のセキュリティマネジメント
ITインフラ基盤に関する課題抽出、改善計画策定および実行
創薬研究推進のためのシステム・アプリケーション開発プロジェクトにおけるインフラ担当としてのプロジェクトマネジメント
ITプロジェクトにおけるベンダーマネジメント、外部パートナーとの協働推進
海外を含めた社内関連部門との連携業務のマネジメント
研究DXを加速するためのインフラ戦略立案と推進
※メンバー3~4名をマネジメントしていただきます。月1回程度の三島出張が発生します。
