Product Manager (PM) - Amazon Fashion
We're seeking a Product Manager (PM) to drive strategic initiatives, combining fashion and tech expertise to optimize the mechanisms underlying Amazon's fashion business and improve the customer shopping experience on Amazon. **About the Role:** * Drive strategic initiatives from a tech and business perspective * Collaborate with the 4 category teams (Apparel, Shoes, Watches & Jewelry) to develop scalable solutions and features * Work with decentralized teams spread across the world to navigate ambiguity and partnership * Define internal-facing and external-facing problems, evaluate solutions, and execute on programs that deliver impact * Dive deep into data, keep apace with partner teams, and leverage automated and semi-automated solutions **Responsibilities:** * Piece together different data sets to inform project paths forward * Draft data-backed proposals to start new initiatives * Produce project update reports highlighting what works, what doesn't, and associated corrective actions * Define customer and/or business requirements for software development * Run monthly business reviews with senior Amazon leaders to produce action items for projects * Serve as subject matter expert and answer questions from senior leadership * Ingest new roadmap and project update documents from partner teams * Sync up with team members via video conference to collaborate on opportunities **Requirements:** * 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition * Experience with end-to-end product delivery * Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product * Experience as a product manager or owner **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights * Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders-
