0~2歳児を対象とした
企業主導型の小規模保育園にて、
保育業務を担当していただきます。
園児定員は19名と少人数。
落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、
ひとりひとりの子どもと丁寧に関わることができます。
私たちの保育は、
単に"安全に預かる"ことを目的としたものではありません。
子どもたちの「やってみたい」「たのしい」「できた」という気持ちを大切にし、
年齢や発達に合わせて声かけや関わり方を変えながら、
自発的な行動や成長を促していくことを大切にしています。
【主な業務内容】
- 着替え、排泄、食事、午睡など生活に関わる援助全般
- お散歩、室内遊び、季節の製作活動、絵本の読み聞かせなど
- 月案・週案・日案の作成や保育記録(ICTを導入し簡素化)
- 保護者との連絡・面談・お迎え時の情報共有
- 年間行事の準備や当日の対応(業務内完結/負担分散型)

- 担任制は設けず、チームで保育を行う「協働保育体制」
- 書類や製作なども分担され、保育士一人に負荷が集中しない仕組み
- 行事や保育準備は業務時間内に対応。持ち帰り業務は禁止しています
- 子ども一人ひとりときちんと向き合える時間・余白がある働き方
また、スタッフ間の連携が良好なため、
急な家庭の事情やお休みにも柔軟に対応可能です。
子育て中の方や、ブランクのある方も
安心してスタートできる体制が整っています。

求める人材:
【必須条件】
- 保育士資格をお持ちの方(実務経験必須・ブランク歓迎)
- 普通自動車免許

勤務時間・曜日:
7:00~20:00
上記時間内で1日8時間(延長保育なし/シフト制)
※園児の登園時間により短くなる場合があります
※その他、勤務時間やシフトについてはお気軽にお問い合わせください。
休暇・休日:
- シフト制(日曜休)
- 年間休日110日以上
- 有給休暇(取得率100%以上)
- 年末年始あり(12月29日〜1月3日)
