仕事内容:

電気設備会社のスポーツビジネスの推進部門にて、少人数サービス型の新規事業推進をサポートしていただきます。

※在宅勤務可能ですが、応相談です。

・受発注管理および売上管理・契約管理

・伝票入力・書類チェック(注文データ入力や契約書の押印確認など)

・資料作成サポート(プレゼン資料の修正、マニュアル画像差し替え等)

・ネットでの情報収集(業界ニュースや最新技術の調査・Excel集計)

・Webサイト更新(部署紹介ページの事例・写真掲載など)

・機材の在庫管理・発送(カタログ等の在庫確認や梱包・発送作業)

・現場サポート(スタジアムでのテスト点灯立ち会い、撮影、機材搬入)

・試合・イベント受付準備(招待メール送信、名簿作成、当日の受付対応)
