仕事内容:

導入顧客・システムユーザーや営業メンバーをサポートする仕事です。

WEBサービスを利用している顧客企業の担当者様に対し、導入サポート、導入説明・操作方法説明(マニュアルあり)、問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)などのフォロー業務をお任せします。

チームでフォローし合って対応していくことが多いので、未経験でも安心です。

入社時にシステムの知識は不要、専門的な事務スキルが身に付き、経験を積んでキャリアアップができます。

クラウドシステムを導入するお客様の導入前~導入後のサポート、事務処理

その他、定期的なサポートや問合せ対応を行います

未経験から入社した方は前職アパレルなどの異業種や契約社員として一般事務行っていた方が多いです。

基本的に残業はありません

→残っていると「大丈夫?手伝おうか?」と周りの仲間が声がかかるので、一人で抱え込む

事もありません。

急な体調不良や家族の用事によるお休みもまったく問題なし。休みの取りづらさはありません。

モード学園隣のビルです駅直結のため通勤は雨に濡れずに通勤できます。

ビルの1階には飲食店・コンビニ・コーヒーショップ・郵便局がそろっているためランチ充実&便利♪

職場に飲み物&お菓子の自販機があり自由に利用できます♪

求める人材:

■高卒以上 ■普通自動車免許

■パソコン両手入力が出来る方(ゆっくりでもOK)■35歳以上は、次の2つの業務の経験年数の合計が半年以上必須 ①PC操作メインの事務経験(書類チェックや仕分けなどがメインの事務ではない) ②ユーザーサポート・テクニカルサポート(メール対応や資料作成を含む)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00、土日祝休み、年間休日123日、休憩60分

休暇・休日:

年間休日123日

年次有給休暇 毎年1月1日を起算とし20日付与(中途入社者は入社時期によって変動)

※カスタマーサポートセンター(対法人/個人問わず)のリーダーやSV等の経験がある方は、リーダー候補者としての採用の可能性もあります(待遇要相談)

入社1年目 350万

入社3年目 450万
