【仕事内容】

来店されたお客様へ、

お部屋のご提案・ご案内を行うお仕事です

大学など進学予定の10代のお客様や

新社会人になる20代のお客様、

結婚を見据えた20代~30代のカップルなど

利便性が良いこともあり

若い世代のお客様が多くご来店されます

男女問わず、

20~40代のスタッフが活躍しています

・10:00 出社

・10:15 メール確認

・10:30 朝の新着物件確認&物件提案

・12:00 お昼休憩

・13:00 お客様ご案内(内見)

・16:00 ご案内終了&お申込み対応

・17:00 朝の新着物件確認&物件提案

・18:30 翌営業日の準備

・19:00 退社 ※基本定時退社です

【給与・待遇】

経験・前職の給与等を考慮し決定します。

▼月給:30万円~35万円

・基本給:27万円~31.3円

・固定時間外手当:3.1万円~3.6万円(15時間分)

▼想定年収:430万円~600万円

・昇給:年1回(毎年入社月)

・賞与:年2回(7月/1月)

※前年実績70万円~150万円/年間

\売上実績を重視した評価制度/

仲介売上や、その他受注額に応じて

賞与額を決定結果を出した分だけ

しっかり還元される仕組みです。

また年1回の昇給は一律ではなく、

売上や個人の頑張りを評価したうえで

昇給額を決定しています。

入社1年での店長への昇格実績もあり
