【仕事内容】

労務・給与計算業務を主軸に、法務・総務領域も横断的にサポートいただくポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・従業員名簿・入退社情報の管理

・マイナンバー・ストレスチェック・健康診断の管理

・給与・賞与の計算

※給与計算実務は外部委託、同社はデータ取りまとめおよび確認業務を担当

・社会保険・労働保険に関する手続き(社労士と連携)

・年末調整対応(委託先との調整、社員からの問合せ対応等)

・住民税の登録・納付処理

・顧問社労士との連携・相談事項の整理

・就業規則等の整備・改訂支援

  • 付随業務(ご経験・ご希望に応じて徐々に担当)

・法務業務(顧問弁護士との連携、契約書確認依頼、社内相談の整理 等)

・その他、総務業務(備品管理、社内行事運営、規程管理 等)

配属:管理部 PAユニット総務労務チーム

担当取締役が直属の管理部長、人事3名、経理2名、総務労務3名の組織(20代~40代)です。

  • 現在社員は20〜30代が中心です。車が好きな人が多く、社員同士のコミュニケーションも活発で風通しの良さがあります。

【応募資格】

【必須要件】

・上場企業(または上場準備企業)での労務実務経験3年以上

・給与計算、社会保険手続き等の実務経験

・社労士や外部パートナーとの折衝経験

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel・Word・Google Workspace 等)

現在、同社の総務労務チームにて労務業務を担っているメンバーが退職予定のため、後任となる正社員1名を募集いたします。

400万円〜600万円

月給制 基本給249000円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月45時間分として85000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
