カスタマーサクセス【国内トップクラスの自社プロダクト/働きがいのある会社(GPTW)認定

【仕事内容】

  • 当社で開発・提供している国内トップクラスのSMS・RCSサービスを利用中のお客様の課題の解決に向け、能動的にアプローチをし、活用の支援や提案を行います。

  • またサクセス・サポート対応のみならず、お客様の声を収集・分析し、機能やサービス改善に活かす役割も担っています。

  • ゆくゆくは、他のサービスのカスタマーサクセスをお願いすることがございます。

【業務内容】

  • 導入時のキックオフミーティング:導入背景、期待値、スケジュールのすり合わせ
  • 活用に向けたオンボーディング支援:セットアップサポート、活用提案
  • 導入後のアカウントマネジメント:SMS配信効果最大化に向けたデータドリブンな活用支援
  • 顧客満足度や機能要望等の収集および他部門へのフィードバック
  • アップセルやクロスセルの商談に繋がるような能動的なヒアリングと提案活動
  • マーケティングと連携した成功事例、導入事例の取材・記事化
  • 契約更新の提案・管理

【年収・給与】

想定年収500万円~700万円(月40時間の固定残業手当を含む)+業績賞与(概ね1ヶ月分)※選考によっては上記年収の上限下限を上下することがあります。月給イメージ:年収5,001,600円の場合月給416,800円(基本給317,500円 、固定残業手当(40時間分)99,300円)※固定残業手当超過分は別途支給。※前職給与・経験・スキル等考慮。年2回改定(1月・7月)・交通費規定支給・通信費手当規定支給・資格取得手当・自己研鑽支援手当
