【仕事内容】

マーケティングソリューション本部では、

認知系領域における新規事業の立ち上げを計画しており、その事業責任者を募集しております。

SNSマーケティングにおいて、タイアップ投稿やPR投稿に加え、

クリエーティブの力とインフルエンサーの力を活用し、独自のポジションを確立し、

認知案件の獲得を目指します。

事業戦略の立案から組織運営全般まで幅広くお任せし、

業績目標の達成と事業成長の加速、強固なオペレーション基盤の構築を期待しております。

【具体的には】

・ 事業戦略の立案

・ 事業計画の策定と推進

・ KPIやPL(損益)などの計数管理と改善

・ 組織の構築、採用、育成、マネジメントなどの組織運営全般

・ クリエーティブノウハウの体系化および組織浸透

・ コミュニケーションデザインノウハウの体系化及び組織浸透

【求める人材】

・ 総合広告代理店にて認知系の競合プレゼン(10億円規模以上)のリードプランナー経験

・ 自身に顧客をつけ会食などで関係値を深めたご経験

・ 事業責任者(PL責任)経験

・ 経営コンサルティング領域でのプランニング経験

・ 経営コンサルティング領域でのビジネスプロデュース経験

【歓迎】

・大手総合代理店にてコミュニケーションデザイン経験

・CMまたはwebムービーにおけるCD経験

・クライアントフロント経験

【給与】

年収1200~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
