東京本店(千代田区)にて自社設計施工案件を中心に設備の観点から工事監理業務を担当していただきます。

■担当業務:書類チェック、図面チェック、現場への巡回監理、定例会議への出席、現場へのアドバイスなど

■担当案件:大型物流施設、ホテル、食品工場、店舗など

■担当案件数:2~3件程度の案件の設備部分のみをお任せします

■残業時間=30H程度/業務の半分がデスクワークとなります

【必須要件】

■建築設備工事における設計、設計監理もしくは工事監理、施工管理案件の経験をお持ちの方

■加えて、以下いずれかの資格をお持ちの方

・建築設備士

・設備設計1級建築士

・1級建築士

<歓迎される資格・経験>

■工事監理経験者

■ゼネコン、設計事務所のご経験者

・ゼネコン、設計事務所、プラントメーカー、プラントエンジニアリング会社等いずれかにて建築物の設備設計または施工管理(電気・空調・給排水衛生等いずれかの)経験

【給与】

年収例:740万円~1,250万円(30歳~62歳:例)

月給例:350,000円~600,000円

※経験、年齢、能力を考慮し同社規定により決定します

■昇給:年1回

■賞与:年2回(直近2回実績から鑑みた予想値 :8.85か月(全社平均))

※その他手当:通勤手当(全額支給)、自動車手当(支給条件あり)、住宅手当(支給条件あり)

※管理職は別途役職手当支給
