80名程度のHRGA (人事総務本部)の中の COEファンクションの一つとして位置づけられます。
名前の通り、「総報酬」=金銭(基本給、賞与、各種手当)、非金銭(退職金を含む福利厚生、研修等能力開発支援、評価、など)を扱う部です。
このたび、ベネフィット企画課でマネージャーを募集いたします。 ベネフィット企画課は課長と共に、主に社員の福利厚生制度やエクスパッツ社員(海外からの海外赴任社員)の報酬や福利厚生を企画・立案・運営するという重要なポジションになります。
社外の制度を踏まえ、社内のビジネスリーダーやビジネスパートナーと協働しながら、ご自身の企画や提言を施策に反映することができます。特に社員の福利厚生企画や外国人エクスパッツ用モビリティ領域を担当することから、多様な国籍やバックグラウンドを持つシニアリーダーに対し、ご自身の企画や提言を施策に反映することができる、チャレンジングなポジションです。
なお、ご経験やアスピレーションによっては、ベネフィット企画課のもう一つの役割である、役員報酬の企画・立案・運営にもチャレンジいただけます。

職務概要・主な役割と責任:
ベネフィット企画課長のリーダーシップのもと、社員の福利厚生企画や外国人エクスパッツ用モビリティ領域の設計・実施・管理を行います。
1.CCBJHグループの社員の福利厚生企画や外国人エクスパッツのモビリティ領域の報酬/ベネフィットに関し、市場競争力ある内容を維持するため、課長とともに企画立案および運用を管理します。
2.職務遂行にあたり、担当領域の予算管理および業務の正確性・効率性向上のための改善を実行します。
3.初級管理職として、ジュニアスタッフ(一般職2名)のコーチング・育成について課長を補佐します。
その他・・・人事内のプロジェクトに参加いただき、人脈を広げていただく機会もあります。スキルやご経験、ご意向により ご相談させていただきます。
必要な知識・経験:
【必須条件】
・企業人事または人事コンサルタント等で、社員の福利厚生企画や外国人エクスパッツのモビリティ領域の企画/運用に関わったご経験
・人事制度のトレンドを理解し、事業戦略を人事戦略や制度に展開できる能力
・定性・定量データを整理・分析し、傾向を把握でき、分析に基づいて推奨案を策定できる能力
・日本語:ネイティブレベル、英語:TOEIC 800点以上(外国人社員とのやりとりができる)

・役員報酬経験があるとなお可
・Office(中級レベル) Excel / Word / Powerpoint
