Your new role
- Distributor & Revenue Growth: Strengthen distributor relationships, manage KPIs, and support sustainable sales with updated product info.
- Market Expansion: Develop new business channels in China, including club stores and digital platforms, and build strategic partnerships.
- Strategic Marketing & Negotiations: Lead pricing and contract talks, craft impactful trade stories, and optimise promotional efforts for ROI.
What you'll need to succeed
- Passion for helping Japanese brands grow abroad, especially in your market.
- 3+ years in cosmetics or FMCG sales, skilled in pricing and contract negotiations.
- Fluent in English; Japanese optional with willingness to learn.
- Global experience, travel readiness, and distributor relationship skills preferred.
