当社の主に製造、自動車、エネルギー、ケミカル、ライフサイエンス業界の主要顧客に対し、ITやSAPを中心としたビジネスソリューションを提案し、グローバルトランスフォーメーションを推進するマネージャーポジションです。CxOレベルとの信頼関係構築を通じ、顧客の課題を深く理解し、最適なソリューションを提供します。
【主な役割】
・主要顧客(特に自動車業界)のアカウント管理と長期的な信頼関係構築
・顧客のビジネス課題を分析し、SAPやITを核としたソリューション提案
・グローバルトランスフォーメーションに向けた戦略策定と推進
・社内のプラクティスチームやデリバリーチームとの連携による提案・実行支援
・RFI/RFP対応や新規ビジネスチャンスの創出
・契約交渉・締結による収益最大化

応募要件
【応募要件】
・無形商材(ITソフトウェア、SI、コンサルティングなど)を扱う企業での営業経験
・日本の自動車業界・製造業または企業向けソフトウェア業界に関する知識・経験
・役員やCレベルを含む、組織のあらゆるレベルの主要ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力
・戦略的思考を持ち、顧客提案や社内調整を主体的に行い、周囲を巻き込むリーダーシップ
・CRMツール(例:Salesforce)およびMS Office(特にPowerPoint、Excel)の使用経験
・顧客ニーズに合わせたソリューション提案の実績
・複数のアカウントマネジメントプロジェクトを同時に遂行できるマルチタスク能力
・優れたヒアリング力、交渉力、プレゼンテーション力
・日本語ネイティブレベル、かつ英語での高度なコミュニケーション能力(読み・書き・会話)
※クライアント対応や社内連携で英語使用機会あり
