神戸三宮の人気エステサロンにて、ボディ・フェイシャル・ヘッドスパ施術を中心に、痩身やリラクゼーションエステの全般業務を担当して頂きます。

◇月給23万円以上の安定収入に加え、月歩合と賞与年2回、半期賞金制度も完備。 研修期間3ヵ月間は月給21.9万円からスタートし、研修終了後は23万円以上に昇給します。 さらに退職金制度もあり、長期的なキャリア形成をサポートします。

◇完全週休2日制でプライベートも充実。 GW休暇3〜4日、夏季休暇5日、年末年始休暇6日と大型連休がしっかり取れます。 有給休暇に加え、誕生日休暇、結婚休暇5日、リフレッシュ休暇5日など特別休暇も豊富です。

◇JR三ノ宮駅、阪神三宮駅から徒歩5分以内の好立地で通勤も便利。 交通費は定期代として月3万円まで支給され、研修時から支給されます。

シフト制(1日8時間勤務/休憩1時間)

■ 日曜・祝日:10:30〜18:30

■ 平日・土曜:10:30〜20:30

※9:00〜21:00の間でシフト制

(例:9:00〜18:00、9:30〜18:30、10:00〜19:00 など)

【働き方の特徴】

・平日は20:00最終受付のため、20:30には営業終了となります

・18時に退勤できる日もあり、プライベートとの両立がしやすい環境です

月給230,000円〜300,000円+月歩合+賞与年2回+半期賞金制度+交通費(月上限3万円まで)

・研修期間中3ヵ月間:月給219,000円〜

・研修終了後:月給230,000円〜に昇給

・上記は最低保証額で、経験・年齢・能力等を考慮の上、優遇いたします。

・11時間分・2万円以上のみなし残業代を含み、固定残業代を超えた場合は追加支給します。
