Job Summary/ 職務概要 :

担当施設の当社製品に対する技術的サポートを通じて、医療関係者に当社製品の良い経験を実感してもらう活動を行う。Senior FCEは、より高い技術的サポートの質を求める施設を担当する。FCE Traineeは自己研鑽に努める。上司の指示、指導を受け、医師、ヘルスケア関係者、セールスからの担当領域の問い合わせに応えて、教育的、技術的サポートを提供する。最も効果的で、最適なプロセスを特定し、日常的に実行する。

Job Duties/ 職務内容 :

  • 担当施設を中心に、技術的サポートを提供する(Senior FCEはより高い質を求める施設を担当する)。
  • Medical Engineerやディーラーに対して当社製品の使用に関するトレーニングを行う
  • 担当エリアの医療施設と所属営業所の技術的インターフェースとして活動する。
  • 担当領域の問い合わせに応えて技術サポートを行う。
  • 次の業務において、セールスへのバックアップ支援を行う。

    • o District内施設の難渋症例の支援

    o 営業につながる情報をセールスに提供する

    o 担当エリアのトレーニングセミナー

    o クリニカルスタディ/データ収集
    o トラブルシューティング

    o 医師、看護師、医療機器技術者、営業職への新製品に関する院内

    トレーニング

  • 顧客から問い合わせがあった場合、製品や症例に関する技術的・臨床的な情報の提供を支援する。
  • 教育セミナーや教材の作製にあたり、トレーニング/エデュケーション部門を支援する。
  • 医師や関係者を訪問して製品デモを行い、セールスを支援する。
  • 専門分野の知識開発、規制上の要件、マーケット、自社や競合会社の製品に関する一般的知識、業界のトレンドだけでなく業界目標の理解に努める。
  • 顧客からの苦情や製品クレームに対して、誠意をもって迅速かつ的確な対応を行う。
  • 会社が指定する行動規範、公正競争規約、品質方針、環境マネジメントシステム、その他薬事法令上の規則など、全ての会社方針を遵守する。
  • その他、特命事項等を実行する。

    • Qualifications/ 能力資格要件 :

  • 大学卒業あるいは同等の一般教養、社会常識を得ることができる社会人経験を有する。生物学、ライフサイエンスあるいは技術分野の専門性を有することが望ましい。
  • 電気工学、医用生体工学あるいは同等の経験があることが望ましい。
  • 口頭および文書によるコミュニケーション力、対人関係力、プレゼンテーション力、分析力、物事をまとめ上げる力、期限までに仕上げる能力を有する。
  • 目標を達成するために、技術者、テクニカルスペシャリスト、代理店、顧客と効率よく仕事を行うことができる。複数のタスクを同時に効率よくコーディネートすることができる。
  • Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPoint等のコンピュータスキルを有する。
  • 個人として、またチームの一員として、変化の早い環境の中で、自律して働くことができる。
  • プロジェクトを完遂するために、他者を巻き込み、活用することができる。
  • 関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションするためのコミュニケーション能力を有する。
  • 優先順位付けをしながら、業務を処理し、期日を厳守する。
