【職務/Job Responsibilities】

・注射剤及び固形製剤の品質管理、分析試験業務(理化学試験、微生物試験)、製品規格試験の実施及びそれに関わるverification

・品質管理に係る手順、記録等の作成及び照査

・逸脱・トラブルに対する調査及び問題解決策の提案・実施

・変更管理

・新製品導入に伴う試験法技術移管(米国本社・海外製造所と協働して実施)

・部内における業務品質及び生産性改善活動

・グローバル・ローカルプロジェクトのリード・参画

・その他試験実施に関わる管理業務

(Sr Managerの場合は上記に加えてチーム管理、人財育成も含む)

【必須要件/Mandatory Requirements】

・(医薬品・医療機器・化粧・化学業界にて)3年程度又はそれ以上の品質管理・分析業務試験(理化学試験・微生物試験)

・理系の大学卒以上

・日本語Fluent Level

・英語コミュニケーションスキル

Organization Overview

We Seishin QC complete testing/inspection at the right time with safety first and quality always for stable supply of high-quality products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Quality control testing (chemical and microbial
  • Prepare/verify procedures, records, etc
  • Investigate of deviations and quality matters, and propose/implement solutions
  • Change management
  • Environment Monitoring
  • Transfer of Analytical test method for new products, collaborating with U.S. headquarters and overseas manufacturing plants
  • Improve work quality and productivity within department
  • Lead/participate global/local projects
  • Implementation of new technologies
  • Other activities related to Quality Control

    • (for Sr Manager, team management and people development are also included in addition to the above.)

    Mandatory requirements

  • 3 years or more experience of QC job in pharmaceutical/medical device/cosmetics/chemical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Science (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Engineering)
