【販売促進部での一日の仕事の流れ】西川優里奈
販売促進 2019年入社
アイダ設計で働く社員は、どういった流れで一日を過ごすのでしょうか? 今回ご紹介するのは2019年に入社、販売促進部に所属し、いまはホームページの運用や不動産ポータルサイトの更新や管理を行う西川優里奈さん。
「お客様の目線に立って物事を考えていく」ことをモットーにしている西川さんの一日に密着しました。
【AM 9:00】入念なスケジュール管理から一日を始める
車通勤をしている西川さんの一日は、スケジュール管理から始まります。カレンダーを見て今日の予定と取り組むべき業務をチェック。作業の遅れが取引先や営業部などの関係者に影響する仕事から優先的に行うように心がけ、今日一日にやることをTODOリストに追加します。
続いては取引先とのメールのチェック。外注で依頼をしているホームページの更新やシステムの改修を発注することが多く、この日も事前にい合わせていたメール内容へ返答します。
【AM 10:00】運用するホームページの改修に着手
販売促進部のミッションは「お客様からの問い合わせを獲得する」こと。ホームページの運用や不動産ポータルサイトの更新、改善を行います。ホームページの運用では、主に分譲住宅の分野を担当。建築実例のページでは、実際に住宅をご購入されたお客様に住んでからの感想などのお話を聞き、コンテンツとして掲載しています。不動産ポータルサイトの更新、改善では、物件情報の掲載やお客様に魅力が伝わるような文言への修正をしています。
一番やりがいを感じるのは、自分で考えた施策がうまくいったときです。最近では、不動産ポータルサイトであまり売れ行きが鈍かった分譲住宅のお問い合わせ数を増やし、契約に繋がったことがありました。その住宅は少し特殊で、注文住宅限定の仕様で建てられていましたが、自分自身その仕様を理解しきれていなかったため、同じ課内の注文住宅担当に細かくヒアリング。さらに自分でも「お客様はこの仕様の良さを理解していただけているのか?」と考えながら試行錯誤を繰り返し、仕様の魅力が伝わる文言へ修正しました。
【PM 12:00】同僚とランチを食べてリフレッシュ
ランチは部署内の同僚と食べることが多く、この日も一緒にランチタイムを過ごしました。西川さんが所属するWEBマーケティング課は年齢層が若く、共通の趣味のドラマや今注目している映画などの話で盛り上がり、仕事の合間のちょっとした息抜きになっています。
【PM 1:00】取引先とサイト改善の打ち合わせ
午後は社内、社外問わず打ち合わせが多いという西川さん。この日は取引先の不動産ポータルサイトの担当者の方と不動産情報の掲載内容の改修について打ち合わせを行いました。
具体的には、月に1回店舗ごとに掲載している物件情報や文言の改修を行っています。物件情報は正しく掲載されているかどうか、費用対効果は出ているかなどを、月ごとのお問い合わせ数などと見比べながら確認していきます。
【PM 3:00】社内メンバーと市場調査をもとにディスカッション
ホームページの更新やサイトの改善以外にも、WEBマーケティング課では市場調査を行っています。お客様からの問い合わせ数が少ない物件に対して、物件の周辺地域の住宅価格や購入されたお客様の年齢層などを調べ、ホームページや不動産ポータルサイトの文言に反映。ただ単に情報をそのまま伝えるのではなく、「どうしてお客様はこの物件に魅力を感じていないのだろう?」と考えながら、お客様の心に届くメッセージを心がけています。
大学で学んだマーケティングの知識を活かした仕事がしたいという思いでアイダ設計へ入社した西川さん。将来は地域ごとの特色を活かし、その地域でどんな住宅が求められているのかなどを深掘りしたマーケティング施策を打ち出していきたいと思っています。
この日は市場調査をもとにホームページの改修アイデアのディスカッション。お客様目線に立ちながら、どうやってお客様がホームページへ訪れてどんなページに興味を持ってお問い合わせしていただけるのかについて意見を出し合いました。
【PM 6:00】休日は趣味の山登りへ
退勤前は、TODOリストを確認しながらやり残した仕事がないかを確認。別部署の社員の方や社外の取引先とのやりとりが多いため、なるべく自分のところで仕事を止めないように普段から対処を心がけています。
この日は順調に業務を終えることができたため、定時で退勤。休日は趣味の山登りをしようか、家でドラマを見ようかと考えています。
