■作業内容

・プロジェクト計画の立案、実行、管理

・プロジェクトチームの編成、育成、マネジメント

・プロジェクトの進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理

・ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、調整

・プロジェクトの品質管理、コスト管理

・開発プロセスの改善、標準化

■必須スキル

・Web アプリケーション開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトリーダーのご経験3年以上

・要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、リリース、保守の一連の開発工程のご経験

・開発チームのマネジメントのご経験(5名以上)

■尚可スキル

・大規模プロジェクトのご経験

・不動産業界における開発のご経験
