【具体的な業務内容】

◆ 採用企画・運用(コアミッション)

・求人原稿の作成、媒体・紹介会社との調整

・応募管理、面接調整、選考進行のサポート

・採用戦略の立案や改善提案

※媒体費用や紹介料の配分なども、自身の判断で最適化できる環境です。

◆ 応募者対応・面接

・応募者とのコミュニケーション(連絡・日程調整・選考フォロー)

・面接同席(企業紹介・ヒアリング・フォロー)

・「この会社で働きたい」と感じてもらえる温かい対応

◆ 新人研修の企画・運営

・営業未経験者向けのビジネスマナー、コミュニケーション研修

・"オールらしさ"を伝える前向きな研修づくり

◆ データ・管理業務

・応募者情報、書類管理、採用レポート作成

・採用効果の検証と改善提案

◆社内事務業務

・アルコールチェックの確認

・社員勤怠の確認

【入社後の研修について】

入社後は約10日間の研修を実施します。

採用市況や当社の採用状況を理解しながら、面接同席などを通じて実務を習得。

慣れてきたら、新人研修やHP改修、採用ブランディングなど、幅広い業務にも挑戦していただきます。

採用実務だけでなく、媒体選定や費用交渉、採用戦略設計など、

将来的には"採用リーダー"としてキャリアアップできる環境です。
