【業務詳細】

・土地開発に伴う測量業務

・境界確定測量業務:不動産売買などに伴う。土地の測量・調査

・現況平面測量(高低測量):建物や道路などの現状を把握するための測量

・公共測量業務

・図面作成:測量データをもとに、CADなどを使用して図面を作成

・不動産登記業務:測量結果をもとにした、登記に必要な書類を作成

・現場管理、スタッフ指導

・顧客との打ち合わせ、折衝

・その他、測量業務全般

勤務時間・曜日:

・8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)1日あたり実働時間8時間

・月曜日、火曜日、水曜日、木曜日、金曜日の平日勤務(業務の状況により土曜日勤務有)

・時間外労働あり(月平均20時間程度)残業代支給あり

休暇・休日:

・土曜日、日曜日、祝祭日(業務の状況により休日勤務有)

・年間休日120日以上

・6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数: 10日
