アフリカビジネスに関する調査、分析、レポーティング業務
デスクトップ、現地ヒアリング含む(出張の有無はご相談)

雇用形態・待遇
正社員または業務委託。通勤の必要はなく、リモートワークとなります。

必要なスキル・経験
コンサルティング会社や事業会社での調査、分析、レポーティングに関わる業務経験が3年以上ある方(経験者のみ、公的機関向けのご経験は対象外)。仮説構築と検証、論理的考察による分析が可能で、ビジネスモデル、産業構造、財務諸表に関する基礎的な理解、およびアフリカのビジネス環境への一定の理解がある方。英語での調査遂行やヒアリング、文献読み込みが可能な方。海外案件を含むビジネスDDや戦略立案のための分析業務を主担当として経験し、ヒアリングや実地調査を外部委託せず自ら行ったことがあり、意思決定のための資料作成を行ってきた方を想定しています。
選考プロセス
書類審査を通過した方には、アサインメント(架空の課題に対してデスクトップリサーチとレポーティングを行うもの)のご提出をお願いしています。その後面接を設定いたします。
