Corporate Development, Venture Capital, and M&A Advisory
— from Analyst through Manager level — with leading global and domestic platforms.

Corporate Development

Openings within corporate investment teams for mid- to senior-level professionals. Roles cover execution and strategy with responsibility across deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and post-merger integration. Ideal for candidates with prior investment banking, FAS, or corporate finance backgrounds.

Venture Capital

Multiple opportunities across Japan's active VC ecosystem. Positions span seed to growth-stage investing, including Analyst and Associate level roles. We're seeking candidates with strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a passion for technology, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

M&A Advisory

We're also supporting recruitment in financial advisory, covering M&A, restructuring, and performance improvement. These roles suit professionals with consulting or banking experience who want to transition into a client-facing advisory career.
