仕事内容
自社マーケットを通して相談申込いただいたお客さまに、
ご訪問またはオンラインにて企業成⾧にあったコンサルティング営業をしていただきます。
・ファイナンシャルプランニング業務
・生命保険、損害保険、その他金融商品のコンサルティング営業
・加入後のアフターサービス
・セミナー等の企画、調整
・顧客の割合は【法人8割:個人2割】
・取引の内訳は【既存顧客9割:新規顧客1割】
法人向け(BtoB)の営業が中心でお客様との関係構築を重視した営業スタイルです。
応募資格
専門・短大卒以上
営業経験者またはサービス業経験者(接客/販売/福祉等)
【活かせる経験・スキル】
- 保険営業経験者
金融営業経験者
保険ショップ経験者
お客さまの為に親身になることにやりがいを感じられる方
お客さまに寄り添って仕事をしたい方
ファイナンシャルプランナー資格保有者(ファイナンシャル・プランニング技能士1級・2級・3級、CFP、AFP)
もしくは、上記資格の科目合格者

給与・諸手当
【保険販売経験者】
月収330,000円~
※初年度想定年収3,960,000円~
【未経験者】
月収300,000円~418,000円
※初年度想定年収3,624,000円~5,000,000円
※上記には見込み残業手当(25時間分)を含みます。超過分別途支給します。
※経験・能力を考慮の上決定
※成果に応じ、インセンティブは別途支給します。
※インセンティブについては面接時にご案内いたします。
