①主な業務内容

法人企業の社宅制度をサポートする事務のお仕事です。

具体的には以下の業務を担当いただきます。

・契約・更新・解約・請求に関する手続き

・人事部や社員、不動産会社からの問い合わせ対応

・契約書や請求関連書類の作成・管理、システム処理

※人事・総務部の"頼れるパートナー"として企業を支える、やりがいのある仕事です。

②入社後お任せしたい業務

まずはフォーマットを使った契約書類の作成やデータ入力、申請内容の確認からスタート。

慣れてきたら法人のお客様の窓口として相談対応や、チームと一緒に業務改善にも挑戦できます。

当部署は「新しいもの好き」。便利なツールやAIを積極的に取り入れており、働きながら自然に新しいスキルや経験を積める環境です。

③1・3・6か月後の業務イメージ

業務マニュアルやOJTで未経験でも着実に習得可能です。

(1か月後)

・新規契約・更新・解約業務の全体理解

・社内システム操作を学び、申請チェックや入力を実施

・人事部や不動産会社からの問い合わせに一次対応

(3か月後)

・法人ごとの運用ルールを把握し、顧客対応をスムーズに実施

・スピードと正確性を高め、突発的な依頼にも柔軟に対応

・更新・解約など他領域も理解し、ジョブローテーションに備える

(6か月後)

・制度変更や契約内容に関する専門的な問い合わせに対応

・新規・更新・解約すべての業務に対応できる力を習得

・業務改善の提案や後輩への指導・引継ぎにも関与

④顧客情報

小売・建築・介護・金融・通信など、幅広い業種の法人企業が顧客です。

主に人事・総務部からの依頼を受け、全国規模で社宅運用をサポートしています。

⑤募集ポジションの特徴

今回募集するのは、バックオフィス業務の中心を担うコアメンバーです。事務サービスでお客様の役に立ちたい方、業務効率化に前向きに挑戦したい方、メンバーと協力しながら調整力を発揮したい方にぴったりのポジションです。将来的には法人のお客様(人事・総務部)の窓口として、日々の事務処理にとどまらず、担当者のお悩みに寄り添う丁寧な対応をお願いします。正確さやスピード感、コミュニケーション力も活かせる仕事です。何より大切にしているのは、常に笑顔で気持ちよい挨拶ができること。チームの雰囲気をつくり、良い仕事につながります。

⑥部門責任者の考え方

集合住宅向けインターネットサービスを基幹事業としていますが、第二の柱として「社宅管理代行事業」に力を入れています。2018年の事業開始以来、売上は200倍以上に拡大。後発ながらも、未経験メンバーが挑戦を重ね、意見を出し合いながら改善を続けた結果、今期はさらに4倍の成長を見込んでいます。RPAやAIを活用して業務効率化を進め、質の高いサービスを提供しています。単なる社宅管理にとどまらず、従業員の福利厚生を充実させる新サービスも展開中で、社宅制度を通じて法人のお客様の人事戦略や従業員満足に貢献することが、私たちのビジョンです。

応募要件:

  • 必須要件

・営業事務等、顧客との調整対応業務や問い合わせ対応業務のご経験(1年以上)

・Excel:中級レベル(VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブルの操作ができる方)

・Word、PowerPoint:初級レベル(基本的な文書作成・資料作成ができる方)

  • 歓迎要件

・主体性を持ちつつ、周囲と連携して丁寧な対応ができる方

月給 271,600円 ~ 324,100円

※給与詳細は、経験・スキル・前給等を十分に考慮の上、決定

昇給: 年1回

賞与: 2.8ヶ月/年

賃金はあくまでも目安 の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

月給(月額) は固定手当を含めた表記です。

通勤手当有 会社規定に基づき支給(上限月4万円)

残業手当有(30時間を超過した時間外労働の残業代は別途支給)

休日休暇形態: 週休2日制(土日祝)
