イベント・セミナー・映像製作を手掛ける当社にて、バックオフィス業務全般をお任せします。

「高輪台駅」徒歩5分、「高輪ゲートウェイ駅」徒歩10分の好立地

【具体的な業務内容】

・資料作成(Word、Excel、PowerPoint使用)

・クライアント対応(電話・メール・来客対応)

・イベント準備サポート(備品手配、発送業務、スケジュール管理)

・見積書・請求書作成等の営業サポート業務

・その他、社内庶務(備品管理など)

※クライアントからの「ちょっとした依頼」にも臨機応変に対応できるホスピタリティが活かせます。

【1日の流れ(例)】

09:30 出社・メールチェック、本日のタスク確認

10:00 資料作成、発送手配など

12:00 ランチ休憩(周辺には飲食店も多数)

13:00 クライアントからの電話対応、営業担当との打ち合わせ

15:00 イベント準備(備品チェック、リスト作成など)

17:00 翌日のスケジュール確認、日報作成

18:00 退社(原則定時退社でプライベートも充実)

【入社後のフォロー】

少人数で風通しの良い職場です。

最初は先輩社員がOJTで丁寧に業務をレクチャーします。

分からないことがあればすぐに聞ける環境ですので、安心してスタートしてください。

【必須条件(MUST)】

・基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方(Word、Excel、PowerPointの基本操作)

・社会人経験をお持ちの方(年数不問)

・スムーズなコミュニケーションが取れる方

・事務職や営業アシスタントの実務経験がある方

・Excelの関数(SUM, AVERAGE等)が使える方

・臨機応変な対応が得意な方

・誰かをサポートすることにやりがいを感じる方

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 24日

勤務時間9時30分〜18時(昼休憩1時間)

休日休暇


完全週休2日制(土日祝)

時間休などの制度あり。

交通・アクセス


浅草線高輪台駅から徒歩5分。JR山手線高輪ゲートウェイ駅から徒歩10分

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 35万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

通勤交通費実費支給
