自動車向けステアリング製品のサイバーセキュリティに関するマネジメント業務全般をお任せします。
顧客や社内からの要求に基づき、セキュリティコンセプトの策定と要件定義を進めていただきます。
製品開発のライフサイクル全体を通じて、セキュリティ活動の計画、実行、監視をリードしていただきます。
社内プロセスおよび国際標準(ISO/SAE 21434など)への適合性を確保していただきます。
セキュリティ監査への対応や、継続的な改善活動を推進していただきます。

Manage all aspects of cybersecurity for automotive steering products.
Develop security concepts and define requirements based on customer and internal demands.
Plan, execute, and monitor security activities throughout the product development lifecycle.

[Required Experience & Skills]

Practical experience in software development or cybersecurity (approximately 3 years or more).
Basic knowledge of UN-R155 or ISO/SAE 21434.
Negotiation and coordination skills with various stakeholders (customers, other internal departments, suppliers, etc.).
High sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and flexibility, with an adaptable attitude towards change.

[Preferred Experience & Skills]

Experience in embedded system development in the automotive industry (software or hardware).
Specialized practical experience in cybersecurity.
Deep knowledge of cryptography and cybersecurity.
Ability to think systematically and analyze/solve complex problems structurally.
Project management or team leadership experience.

[Required English Proficiency]

Business level (capable of seamless email communication and meetings in English).
Ability to understand and discuss overseas technical trends and documentation.

[English Usage Frequency]

Used daily in emails and online meetings with colleagues in Germany, India, and Vietnam.
