同社ファイナンス事業部は、住宅ローンや不動産担保ローン、不動産投資ローンなどの不動産ファイナンス事業を通じて、お客様の資産形成や事業成長を支える役割を担っています。

社会や経済の変化に伴い、金融と不動産の融合領域では新しいソリューションが求められており、同部では今後さらに不動産ファイナンス事業を拡大・深化させる方針です。

今回の募集は、営業人材の増強および中核層の強化を目的としており、将来的には部門を牽引するマネジメント層としての活躍を期待しています。営業として新規顧客・既存提携先への提案活動を行い、ファイナンス事業全体のトップライン拡大を担っていただきます。

【主な業務内容】

■不動産関連ローン(資産形成ローン、不動産担保ローン、不動産投資ローンなど)の営業推進

■新規取引先の開拓および既存顧客への深耕営業

■案件申込受付から起案・契約・関係部署との調整までの案件対応

■拡販に向けた戦略立案および営業施策の実行

■部門目標に基づく営業管理、案件進捗、実績モニタリング

■チームメンバーの育成、マネジメント(課長職・候(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【必須経験・スキル】

■不動産ファイナンス事業を自らの力で拡大させたい意欲をお持ちの方

■顧客・社内関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

■営業実務において主体的に行動できる方

■宅地建物取引士資格を保有している方

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■金融機関における住宅ローン/不動産担保ローン/不動産投資ローンの営業経験

■不動産会社における不動産販売・仲介・仕入れ等の実務経験

■貸金業務取扱主任者、簿記資格(財務諸表・決算資料を理解できるレベル)

■チームリーダー、係長・課長などのマネジメント経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
