仕事概要
【ミッション】 世界初のアンモニア合成技術を持つベンチャー企業である当社にて、会社の未来を担う次世代リーダー候補を募集します。 グローバルに展開するプラント建設プロジェクトマネジメント支援から、経営企画における戦略立案・実行支援まで、全社横断で重要な業務に関与していただきます。 経営陣直轄で事業の中核に関わるポジションのため、部門横断型のプロジェクトマネジメントを実践的に学ぶことができます。 スタートアップ経営の全体像を捉えながら成長し、食糧・環境といったグローバルな課題の解決に向けて、強い情熱と高い志を持って業務に取り組める方を歓迎します。 ※本募集はポテンシャル採用枠となるため、業界・職種経験は問いません。経験・スキルよりも、人物的素養を重視しています。 【具体的な業務内容】 ①プラントの建設プロジェクトにおけるアシスタント業務 ・プロジェクト営業・プロジェクトコーディネーション (顧客、ベンダー、社内とのコミュニケーション) ・予実管理のデータ収集・とりまとめ、各種手続き業務代行 (それぞれの具体的な意味を、上層部への報告資料が作成できるレベルで理解) ・工程の予実確認、報告資料作成 (図書発行プロジェクトアシスタント、機器手配状況等のデータ整理及び報告用資料の作成) ・費用の予実確認、報告資料作成 (機器手配費用、手配見込みの費用等のデータ整理および報告用資料の作成) ・課題の進捗確認、報告資料作成 (プロジェクト遂行上の課題の解決状況の整理および報告用資料の作成) ・設計図書提出管理業務 (各担当から連絡を受けた提出図書をシステムへの格納、メール送信、図書リストへの追記、社外とのコミニケーション 等) ②経営企画のアシスタント業務 ・事業計画策定支援、実行管理(各種会議体の運営等)支援 ・新規事業(アンモニア分解事業)開発支援 ・資金調達支援 ・国内マーケティング支援
必須スキル
・日常会話レベル の英語コミュニケーション能力 (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking) ・複数部署や大人数が関わるプロジェクトをリーダーや事務局として推進した経験(業界問わず)

・プラントエンジニアリング業界、化学業界における基礎知識
