<職務内容>

Western Digitalのハードディスクドライブ(HDD)の主要開発拠点である藤沢事業所において、主としてリーダーシップに対して、人材育成、グローバル人事プログラムの展開、および、日本法人としての各種人事施策への適切なサポートを提供します。具体的には以下の通り。

グローバルで企画・展開される様々なHRプログラムのプロジェクトに参加し、日本の法制などの観点から必要・適切なインプットを行うとともに、決定したプログラムについて、各部門をサポートし、日本での展開・実現を担う。
労務や教育を中心とする人事の各領域について、課題分析を行い、国内外及び関係するCOEと協働して、具体策を企画、立案し、実現を図る。
チームの一員として、他メンバ―をけん引し、以下を担う。
就業規則の改訂、労使交渉、その他 各種労務対応

グローバルの教育コンテンツの日本での効果的な推進(例:
パフォーマンスマネジメント)、日本法人における教育の企画、推進及び運営

その他 データに基づくTransformationの推進
Job Description

As a Leadership Support Specialist, play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by providing dedicated support to our leadership team.

This position blends HR expertise with real-time coaching to leaders to help to facilitate the growth and development of our leaders.

Key Responsibilities

HR program Support:
Support site-leaders through consulting to help them participate in key global HR programs (i.e. Training, Performance Management, Compliance etc.) and provide guidance to the leaders on how to execute key programs. Partnering with key stakeholders, plan, design and execute local HR programs to support business and supplement global HR programs

Compliance and Audit Support:
Manage key compliance and audit activities in Japan regarding labor related areas in partnership with Legal.

Collaborate:
Collaborate across HR, Legal, and other functions both locally and globally to deliver intended outcomes.

Change Management:
Support leaders in navigating organizational changes and transformations. Help communicate change initiatives effectively, address concerns, and mitigate resistance to change within leadership ranks.

Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize HR analytics and data to provide insights into leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational health. Leverage data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in leadership practices.

人事領域における10年以上の経験、あるいは、同等の経験を有する
チームをマネージした経験、または、プロジェクトベースでのリーダー経験を有する

<あれば望ましいスキル>

労務(ER)、人材育成のいずれか(できれば両方)で5年程度の経験
グローバルチームと連携した業務経験
中-大規模の企業の人事部門での就業経験
Change Management の経験
人事関連領域・ビジネス専攻での学士相当(MBAあるいは専門修士であればなお望ましい)
コーチング、ファシリテーションのスキルを活かした業務経験
その他人事に関する幅広い知識及び経験

Experience either project leader or managing team experience
Expertized in Japan Labor related laws and practice. Experience in Union negotiation or other labor-related projects.

5+ years of focus experience in Talent development and/or Employee Relations
Experience in global team/project
Work experience at mid-large scale company
Change management and organization development experience .
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent for relevant field or business management. Master+ or equivalent certification desirable
Coaching, facilitation skill and experience
Broad knowledge or experience in several HR functions
